Fulfillment Policy

At Naples Fashion Week, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Please review our fulfillment policy regarding ticket purchases:

Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or change of mind.

Event Cancellation

In the rare event that Naples Fashion Week cancels an experience in its entirety, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You will be notified by email with all relevant details.

Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date. Tickets for rescheduled events are non-refundable, but they remain valid and redeemable for the updated schedule.
